Анотація
Вступ. У контексті глобальної цифрової трансформації інтеграція цифрових технологій в офтальмологічну допомогу стала ключовим стратегічним напрямом розвитку систем охорони здоров’я. Особлива увага приділяється застосуванню телемедицини, діагностики з підтримкою ШІ та мобільних платформ для подолання нерівності в доступі до офтальмологічних послуг, особливо серед соціально вразливих груп. У той час як високорозвинені країни демонструють системні моделі телемедицини та дистанційної діагностики, країни з низьким і середнім рівнем доходу стикаються з численними інфраструктурними, соціально-економічними та організаційними бар’єрами.
Мета. Проаналізувати та порівняти міжнародні підходи до інтеграції цифрових технологій в офтальмологію з акцентом на соціальні детермінанти здоров’я, телемедицину та системи медико-соціального моніторингу в 20 країнах.
Матеріали та методи. Огляд базується на аналізі джерел, включаючи наукові статті, звіти з політики охорони здоров’я та настанови ВООЗ, опубліковані у 2018–2025 роках. Країни були відібрані для представлення різних географічних, економічних і організаційних моделей. Застосовано компаративний і наративний синтез для висвітлення спільних стратегій, інновацій та контекстних обмежень.
Результати. Установлено, що Сінгапур, США та Велика Британія є лідерами в галузі телемедицини та інтеграції ШІ в офтальмологію. Мобільні платформи для скринінгу зору ефективно застосовуються в Індії, Бразилії та ПАР. Водночас цифрова нерівність залишається критичною проблемою, особливо в сільських та недостатньо забезпечених регіонах. Найефективніші моделі поєднують технології з просвітницькою роботою серед пацієнтів, інфраструктурною підтримкою та інтеграцією в первинну медичну допомогу.
Висновки. Цифрова офтальмологія має значний потенціал у зменшенні нерівності у сфері охорони здоров’я за умови дотримання принципів справедливості та інклюзивності. Подальші впровадження мають зосереджуватись не лише на технологічних інноваціях, а й на сталому включенні таких рішень у системи громадського здоров’я, особливо для соціально незахищених груп.
